Pure Sole Nails Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time & that you only book appointments you are sure to attend. [24hr cancellation policy includes changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations. 

Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations' will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades] All appointments will require a deposit of 30% to reserve your appointment. Services can be canceled 36 hours prior to your scheduled service(s) time online, after 36 hours ALL cancellations must be made via phone call or voicemail. Email, text or social media cancellation are not valid .

 Less than 24 hour cancellations, no shows, & groups will be charged the full price of the service(s) booked. Appointments canceled prior to 24 hours will be refunded 30% deposits in 3-5 business days. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy & terms & conditions of this business.

 Group Appointments (3 or more) require a 30% deposit, booking contract and a 4-week cancellation notice (this applies to every service booked for the group including changes or incorrect booking to scheduled services as well as day of change of mind service cancellations. Cancellations of the following kind 'same day schedule changes, incorrect booking or change of mind service cancellations' will be charged for the scheduled services -not including service upgrades] . If less than 4 week notice occurs, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. We do not accept cash transactions (excluding tips with exact change). All major credit card are accepted. 

Winter weather cancellations- Our cancellation policy stands regardless of the weather. [Pure Sole Nails will notify you if there is a weather closure prior to your scheduled service(s).] We kindly request that all cancellations and rescheduling take place 24 hrs before your appointment time as our cancellation fee will apply to all less than 24 hr cancellations. If a snowstorm is on the horizon the week of your appointment and you aren’t comfortable arriving in those conditions, please reach out to reschedule prior to 24 hrs. 

Emergencies & unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion. 

Cancellations less than 24-hours with COVID-19 related circumstances will be a charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) excluding group appointments. If sick or illness cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to appointment time the full price of the service(s) will be charged. Group appointments (single service or multiple services will be charged the full price of any service booked that is cancelled. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy and terms and conditions of this business.

All product sales, gift card sales, package sales, retail sales and services performed are final sale. Gift card and package expiration dates cannot be extended. Gift cards and packages cannot be combined with discounts, referral discounts, daily deal promotion or combined together. Prices, discounts and gift cards expiration dates are subject to change (or may end without notice.) We stand behind the products we sell and services we provide.
