Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal team member is professional, personable, dependable, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience.

To join our team, applicants must:

• Hold a current New York State Nail Specialty or Cosmetology License

• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional salon experience

• Have a strong foundation in natural nail care

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and sanitation

• Be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team

• Be open to continued education and learning the Pure Sole Nails approach to nail care.

Our approach prioritizes the health and integrity of the natural nail while creating beautiful results. Our studio is intentionally different from the traditional nail salon environment, with thoughtfully selected products, a fume-free atmosphere, and a strong focus on personalized guest care.

We’re proud to have created a studio where our artists can build meaningful relationships with their clients while continuing to develop their skill.

Compensation

Our nail artist positions are commission-based, allowing our artists to grow their income as they build and maintain clientele.
